A Hotspot of Discoveries
From the moment you arrive, this historical-listed site provides a truly unique setting that really fires up the imagination and makes you want to explore.
There are countless discoveries to make from exhibitions and film screenings to interactive activities in the Grenier à images. Our teams have put together this exciting educational programme to offer specially designed tours for school groups that match their learning goals.
With a dynamic programme that is regularly updated, notably the exhibitions, visits can be plentiful!
THE CITÉ: HALF-DAY VISITS
Discover the captivating world of animation film and tailor your half-day programme around two key activities from a choice of three: an exhibition tour, a screening of animation short films or a hands-on art workshop.
Take a journey back in time and discover the magical illusion of movement through a rich and varied heritage. This journey offers your class an introduction into the world of animation film, igniting their curiosity and broadening their understanding of animated works.
THE CITÉ: FULL-DAY VISITS
Take the time to fully explore the fantastical world of animation film!
With its varied graphic styles and narratives, as well as the vast range of techniques, animation is a unique art form that never stops evolving. The visit will include a tour of the exhibition, a screening of some animation short films and a hands-on introduction to some traditional animation techniques in one of our themed workshops.
