The Unloved

Our planet is teeming with life, and it is up to us to protect it. But can such protection exist or be effective when we are unaware of the role and behaviour of most species, or worse still, when some of them frighten us? This programme of four short films gently and tenderly explores the world of some of these ‘unloved’ creatures, to whom fairy tales, legends or simply prejudice have, unfortunately, given a bad reputation.

The programme includes:
Lupin – 2020 / 11 mins / Paper cut-outs
How I Overcame My Fear of Humans – 2020 / 9 mins / Animated film
Maraude & Murphy – 2020 / 8 mins / Animation and paper cut-outs
Land of Worms – 2019 / 8 mins / Animation
